Revisiting the Past: College Thesis Project

One of the most exciting points in my life was working on my thesis project for the UTSA Real Estate Finance and Development senior thesis project. Over six months our goal was to build a plan for a commercial development that would meet certain specifications and attempt to be profitable. This rigorous project took the majority of my day time for the better part of six months developing. From finding a piece of real estate to build on, making sure it was zoned correctly, deciding what we wanted to build, modeling it, estimating costs and time lines, and financing this project tested us to the limits. The above Prezi is the culmination of our six month project. While all members of our team where involved in all aspects of the project my real contribution were the financial documents and the renderings of the project in addition to its layout.
